You can register on our website using either your e-mail address, Google account or Facebook account.

How do you follow brandsHow do you follow brands?

Once you are logged into BrandHubb you will be able to see brand feeds and brand pages which you can open with the option to follow. Alternatively, you can use the search for brands to follow section.

How do you earn MeBucksHow do you earn MeBucks?

Whenever MeBucks are assigned to content, you can earn them in any of the four following ways:

  • Clicking and viewing content.
  • Watching a full video from start to finish.
  • Sharing content on your social media platforms by clicking on the icon of the platform that you would like to share it on. MeBucks can only be earned once from each share.
  • Completing a survey:
    You can earn MeBucks by completing surveys. This is also a way that brands can communicate with customers and receive their feedback.
How do you shopHow do you shop?

The BrandHubb shopping experience is simple, users visit the shop and browse according to brand or categories or departments. When purchasing, you can use MeBucks, Rands or a combination of the two. If you don’t have enough MeBucks then you can supplement using one of our safe payment methods.

How long do deliveries takeHow long do deliveries take?

All Goods ordered and with confirmed payment will be processed, then the goods will be delivered to the user within 5-7 working days from purchase. Please just note that deliveries might be delayed because of lockdown.

Delivery charge is R60 for all orders.
Unfortunately MeBucks can't be used to pay for delivery.
Deliveries in South Africa only.

Why does some content not have MeBucksWhy does some content not have MeBucks?

The individual brands are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient MeBucks to pay for shares, therefore should a particular brand not be offering a share it means they have not replenished their MeBucks. The content will stay live but will state that no MeBucks have been allocated to it.

What do I do if my product is faultyWhat do I do if my product is faulty?

Users with faulty products should contact our support centre on support@brandhubb.com

How do I use my MeBucksHow do I use my MeBucks?

1 MeBuck is the equivalent of R1.00. So for example users with a MeBucks basket of say 1000 MeBucks can spend to the value of R1000 or supplement the difference through one of our safe payment methods.

Why are there no MeBucks on some articles or videosWhy are there no MeBucks on some articles or videos?

The allocated MeBucks have run out as each article or video has a specific amount of MeBucks assigned to it as brands indicate how much you get rewarded

What type of payment options do I haveWhat type of payment options do I have?

You can pay safely and securely with Credit Card/Debit Card or EFT, our site has built in 3D Secure, MobiCred, PayU certified.

What is 3D SecureWhat is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a unique feature for online security, once you purchase with your card on our website you will receive an OTP(One Time Pin) on your cell phone to confirm a code.

EFT paymentEFT payment?

You will receive an e-mail from BrandHubb with your reference number and our banking details. Products will only be released once funds have been cleared.

Chip in is easy! You create a wish-list of items you would like to buy. You then set a date when you want to purchase the goods. Chip in allows you to share your wish-list with family and friends and request them to Chip in. Users can Chip in any amount that they want. The rest of the process is handled by us. Once you reach the end date, we will request the remaining balance to be paid, if any. The order will then be processed and delivered to your door. It’s that easy!

We want to get your product to you as soon as possible and to avoid disappointment of no stock available.

On the rare occasion that the item that you have requested has become unavailable, we will load your account with the total amount of your Chip in campaign in MeBucks. You can then still use them on an alternative item.

Chip in can be used for various occasions. It can be used when you have a birthday coming up and would rather have your friends contribute to that new Xbox you've been saving for or if your Dad is turning 60 and the whole family wants to contribute to something special. The options are endless, for any event: birthday and wedding gifts, engagement presents or just supporting a friend or family member. All you have to do is create and share, we handle the rest!
